Discover the 8 healthy mindsets of flow (from the M.A.N.I. Method) and how they help you live fully in the moment, maintain momentum in your daily life, and embrace a growth mindset in all you do. We talk about the power of keeping yourself connected to the I.V. (Intentional and Vulnerable) as you adopt these perpetual mindsets, or habits, into your daily life. We will often become reactive to areas of our life that we are not intentional about. I teach clients that it is about writing your own story rather than letting your story write you. And, being vulnerable (often seen as a weakness), is the power to be authentic and present with your thoughts and feelings as they arise, rather than avoiding, fearing, denying, or medicating them.
